Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking a session or purchasing a package from Saba Zameni Vocal Studio ("Studio"). By completing a booking or purchase through this website, you ("Student") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Saba Zameni Vocal Studio provides individual one-on-one vocal coaching sessions, conducted in person or remotely as indicated at the time of booking. Session types currently offered:

• Free Introductory Session (15 min): Available once per student, at no charge. No purchase required.
• 30-Minute Lesson: Individual session, sold standalone or as part of a package.
• 45-Minute Lesson: Individual session, sold standalone or as part of a package.

Service descriptions do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome or level of improvement. The Studio reserves the right to modify offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Full payment has been successfully processed (for paid sessions and packages); or
• The booking form has been submitted and acknowledged (for the free introductory session).

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate. Automated reminders are sent approximately 24 hours and 1 hour before each session.

The Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion; in that case a full refund will be issued for any amounts paid.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Paid packages: A maximum of two (2) cancellations are permitted per package. Further cancellations after reaching this limit will not be accepted.
• Free intro session: No limit on cancellations, provided each is submitted more than 24 hours in advance.
• Studio-initiated cancellations: You will be notified as early as possible and the session will be returned to your balance or rescheduled at no cost.

Cancellations must be processed through the client portal. Requests by email or social media will not be accepted as official cancellations.

4. Package Expiry

Session packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled and attended before the expiry date.

If exceptional circumstances (such as documented medical illness) prevented you from using your sessions, please contact info@sabazameni.com within the expiry period. Any extension granted is a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be marked as a no-show. No-show sessions are counted as used, deducted from your package balance, count toward your cancellation limit, and are not eligible for a refund or make-up session. The Studio will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time before marking a session as a no-show.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. The Studio does not store your credit card information at any time. Full payment is required at the time of booking; no instalment plans or deferred billing are offered.

7. Refund Policy

Exceptions may be made entirely at the Studio's discretion when:

• The Studio cancels and cannot offer a suitable rescheduled time.
• A technical error results in a duplicate charge.
• Documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious medical emergency) are reported in writing within 7 days.

Refund requests must be submitted to info@sabazameni.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to arrive on time, treat the instructor with respect, and refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent. The Studio may terminate a session and refuse future bookings from any student who engages in abusive or threatening behaviour, without refund.

9. Health and Voice Disclaimer

Students are responsible for disclosing any existing voice or health conditions prior to commencing lessons, and for discontinuing participation if they experience pain or discomfort. In-person sessions should not be attended while the student has a contagious illness; please contact us to arrange a remote session instead.

10. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, exercises, handouts, and educational content provided by the Studio are the intellectual property of Saba Zameni Vocal Studio and are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of Studio materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, the Studio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or package that is the subject of the claim. The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site following posted changes constitutes your acceptance. Bookings confirmed prior to any change remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.
